Default PC camera controls

| Raise or lower the camera | Q and E |
Pressing the wheel down and turning the wheel are different inputs. Hold the wheel as a button when you want to rotate.
Standard and Freelook modes
Standard rotates around a fixed point in front of the camera. Freelook rotates around the camera itself. The same mouse movement can therefore feel different depending on the selected camera mode.
If rotation does not respond
Check your in-game keyboard and mouse bindings. Controls can be remapped, so a custom setup may use a different input from the defaults above.
